Working and Discussion Papers

The purpose of the Working and Discussion Paper Series is to develop OEF' core knowledge by placing them in the public domain for external engagement. Working Papers tend to be build off of established literature, whereas Discussion Papers are almost entirely theoretical and suggestive.

One theme of these papers focuses on active governance architectures that are not only inclusive, but also effective at solving current global problems. The papers within this theme will be taking closer looks at organizations that resemble OEF models of alternative governance structures.  Additional themes concentrate on global governance structures and theory, operations or issue areas, and peace dividend research.

Disclaimer: OEF encourages diverstiy of thought and creativity in developing these issues, but these papers are not necessarily official OEF policy. OEF may use these studies to inform the development of our own vision and policy as we move forward with our projects.
